- My Sky isn't working, do I need to call them? No, 9 times out of 10, we can help!
- Can my dish be moved? Yes we can move it somewhere less intrusive, or with a better signal.
- I'm moving, do I take my satellite dish and system with me? Yes, we can come and take it down and set it back up, even on the same day as you move!
- Can my sky dish be used for Freesat? Yes but it needs to be modified, and we offer this service.
- Do I need a new Sky dish? Not always - we can test your existing dish and advise, sometimes we just need to fit a new LNB connection.

We often get asked if people should get rid of Sky and Virgin? That is up to you but we can set up your TV to stream your favourite apps to watch - combining aerial and a broadband boost along with our 4g antennas. The beauty of this is if that one or another form of your reception fails, you have the others to fall back on, so you will never be without TV! What are the alternatives to Sky and Virgin? FreeSat, Amazon, Flicky, Rotu - the options are wide and varied.
Do we supply the right cables? Yes. The supply of HDMI, mains leads, scart leads, optic leads, cat 5/6 cables, Ethernet cables, RCA cables in all lengths can also be left to us!
Do we set up recording boxes? Yes we can set them up along with the right cabling to get the best out of your equipment.

Can you hang my TV on the wall? How do you hang a TV on stud partition? What bracket do I need to hang my TV? The honest answer is leave it to a professional - the amount of people who break a TV trying to hang it is huge! And new TV's are thinner and larger so are easier to break. Not only do we know what we are doing, we are also insured so if something did go wrong, your TV would be replaced by us!

We get asked so often how do I stop seagulls and birds nesting on my roof, around my aerial or in my solar panelling?
We offer a new service for anything on any home, corporate or communal roof that can be dangerous to wildlife. This includes a range of nets and guards to protect solar panels and make them bird friendly.
We also secure chimneys and provide top quality guards, to stop birds exploring/falling.
