- My Sky isn't working, do I need to call them? No, 9 times out of 10, we can help!
- Can my dish be moved? Yes we can move it somewhere less intrusive, or with a better signal.
- I'm moving, do I take my satellite dish and system with me? Yes, we can come and take it down and set it back up, even on the same day as you move!
- Can my sky dish be used for Freesat? Yes but it needs to be modified, and we offer this service.
- Do I need a new Sky dish? Not always - we can test your existing dish and advise, sometimes we just need to fit a new LNB connection.
- Im no longer using my dish, should I leave it where it is? No, let us know and we can come and take it down so it doesn't become an eyesore or a hazardous risk!
