As you will be aware when you see our van out and about, we are always driving around the region, and this week we've noticed something - more and more for sale signs everyday.

As we head towards spring, the most popular time of the year to put your house on the market, we know that we will get phone calls from people needing help on the day as they move into their new home and realise a whole host of things!

New build houses don't have aerials or broadband - its impossible to watch any TV with out one or the other, so ensure if you are moving to a new build home that you have us booked in for your moving day! We can also hang your TV on your wall, fit CCTV, bird caging to protect your chimney and satellite dishes for specific needs.

If you are moving to a pre-owned property, then more often than not, you have no idea what you are inheriting - a failing aerial, damaged or worn cabling, wifi that doesn't reach every room and much more. You may want to position your TV in a different place to where the previous owners had theirs, or you may need more points for more TVs in different rooms.
