Whilst we are family business based in Whitley Bay, that covers North Tyneside, Northumberland and the coast, we also cover other areas for particular work. For our local areas appointments are usually available with just a few working days. And most of you will have seen our distinctive van on the roads around Whitley Bay, North Shields, Tynemouth and Blyth to name a few.

For residential work such as aerials, satellite dishes, CCTV, and broadband services we also cover Newcastle and Sunderland. We do try to tie a few jobs into together in the same area so the journey makes sense, so you may need to wait just a little longer for an appointment. But trust us, the quality service and work we deliver is worth a short wait! We have even been known to fix a long standing customer's aerial and cabling who moved to the Lake District from Newbiggin, but of course, we tied a short break into that one!

For commercial work we cover the entire North East, and for jobs big enough we will travel if the fit between us and the customer is right. By commercial work we mean offices, care homes, schools, apartment buildings, hotels and leisure complexes. It also covers new small estates by private builders and renovations of large buildings.
