Eleven Days to go - what will you be watching?

Our favourite time of year is here for TV viewing (Not withstanding sport like the World Cup) so we thought we would review this festive seasons offerings.
Of course, there are the usual, good old favourites such as It's a Wonderful Life which is on All4 and Prime for free, and well worn comedies like Scrooged on NOW TV with subscription.
As always Die Hard is doing the rounds, along with Home Alone, The Holiday and Nativity. Love Actually is also a premium watch at this time of year.
But there is lots of new goodies as well, such as the innovative Spirited, a new take on Charles Dicken's Christmas Carol with Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrell, which can found on Apple TV.
Last Christmas is a new great warming tearjerker well worth a watch too, starring Amelia Clarke. BBC I-player is showing this for free at the moment, so make sure not to miss it.
Disney is showing one of its latest films, Noelle, a fantasy Christmas film with Anna Kendrick playing Kris Kringle's daughter. And if your little ones are younger, Mickey Mouses Once Upon A Christmas can be found on Disney too.
Netflix is showing a film new for last year, Father Christmas is Back - it's on our list for tonight so we will let you know our thoughts later. It's a British comedy so Grant's expectations are high!
Whatever your taste, we have only scraped the surface here and there is lots of choice this Christmas for some really good films. Whether you use Freeview, a paid for service or streaming, there is plenty for everyone - just make sure all of your equipment, aerials and wiring is up to scratch so it doesn't spoil your viewing pleasure! If it isn't, you know where we are!
