Quitting Streaming Services With a Great Aerial
If You Had an Amazing Aerial, Could You Quit Streaming and Save Money?
We recently read a great article on quitting Netflix and whether the journalist Drew Millard, could quit streaming services like NetFlix, save money and still find good TV to watch. We aren't going to recite the entire article but if you would like to read it, simply click the image above.
The man summarises each day's viewing and its low points and high lights. He concluded by saying:
...if you’re thinking about quitting your streaming services, you probably should and see what happens. Even after my experiment ended, I’ve found myself spending more time watching free TV than I do watching paid streaming services. Maybe I’ll cut them off for good. After all, consumer freedom might be an illusion, but consuming things for free is very real."
This got us to thinking about whether we could do it ourselves as a family and how we can help our customers save money and still watch great TV. Here is what we came up with:
Step one - get us out to check your aerial, see if it is good quality and working well.
Step two - our reasonable, cost effective quote if anything needs upgrading
Step three - while we work, or if you need no work doing, you go ahead and cancel all your streaming services
Step four - get connected to Freeview, Freevee, Pluto, Tubi, Roku and more all for free - we can help you with this
Step five - start surfing for free and find new, exciting things to watch on brand new channels, feeling reassured you still have all your BBC, ITV and Channels 4 and 5 channels
Step six - buy us a beer from the money you have saved, next time you see us in the pub
At a time when every penny counts and everyone needs to save and stop saving where they can, this is such a simple move that you can make. Give Jayne a call on 0191 2524308 and tell her you are ready to sack off paid for channels :-)
