Lots of our customers have been telling us lately that apart from our great service and top quality products, one of the reasons we are popular is because people know who we are.

Our rugged good looks are all over social media and our website, meaning that people recognise us (and our van) out on the streets or in the pub. They often say hello, and stop for a chat.

And whilst that is all lovely, and we are very sociable so always up for a chat, it does serve a more serious purpose. Your safety, or the safety of your loved one, particularly the more older people in our community. What you see of us online, is what you get. Grant and Blaine. And sometimes Nelson the mascot puppy. This means you know who is turning up in advance and that you can have confidence that we are from a lovely, local family, with no chance of being vagabonds, rogues, thieves or of us doing a bad job!

If you have booked us for a job at an elderly relatives property, make sure to share our photo with them so they can identify us at their front door and know we are the right guys. If they have special needs, such as dementia, poor mobility or another condition, do let us know so we can be as helpful as possible. We will look after your loved one as well as we want someone to look after one of ours.

And, as we are so local, you'll never find us doing a shoddy job - apart from pride in what we do and actually caring, who wants to be pulled over in the local to answer to an angry relative? Not us!!
