ATV Aerial and Satellite Company Ltd is based in Whitley Bay and our father and son duo Grant and Blaine Smith, donned Checkatrade T-shirts whilst they went about their business with a camera man in tow.

Nominated for the opportunity last year by colleague Antonia, we were delighted to get the call inviting us to take part. Even more impressive was the fact that Checkatrade had not chosen a member from as far North as Whitley Bay before this year. 

Blaine, who leads on the digital, Broadband and CCTV services at ATV Aerial and Satellite Company, said:

“Using companies from all over the UK is genius and with our own local traders being involved, it really helps put the North East on the Checkatrade map. On their trip from Portsmouth, we believe that the Checkatrade team met with three other companies from the area too, so we can’t wait to see the new campaign go live!”
