Protect Your Solar Panels and Birds

Solar panels are growing in popularity in the region. If you look up, more and more properties are using them to generate power to run the household.

In fact 1.28 million homes in the UK have them fitted now, meaning 4.5% of the UK's 28.2 million households have gone solar. Those numbers increase in the summer with over 17,000 homes per month about to be installed, as people realise they could be cashing on the longer days and better weather (if it ever arrives!)

But did you know that solar panels can put wildlife at risk and be damaged by birds, if they are not protected?

We are currently working across the North East region including North Tyneside, Newcastle, Gosforth, Jesmond, Gateshead, Northumberland (and if we have a day of bookings in the same area Sunderland and Durham too) to make sure solar panelling is protected and we keep birds safe.

Our caging system attaches over the panelling, to both protect it and to make sure it does not interfere with the way it works. It looks clean and professionally fitted on your roof and is reasonably priced.

So if you love birds and want to make the most out of making your own energy, give us a bell on 0191 252 4308 for a free quote!
