Trouble Shooting Satellite Problems
It's Not Always the Satellite Dish!

We have been kept really busy with enquiries of late for customers experiencing poor satellite quality.
Following hours on the phone by the customer to the satellite provider, be it Sky or in one case a Portuguese provider, we get the call to check the dish as generally we are quicker and cheaper than an engineer from the provider.
However, nine out of ten times, guess what? There is absolutely nothing wrong with the dish.
We do trouble shoot all problems to do with satellite TV though, including external cabling which can be damaged in high winds, internal cabling and points which can get water in them, reception boxes which can slip or be badly tuned, and of course, everyone's best friend....connectivity.
We are a patient couple of fellows and spend as much time as need getting to the root cause of your problem - we are certainly not a team who likes to be beaten! And so far, we don't think we have been.
